This Traditional Wedding Invitation features all of the most traditional components - Inner and Outer envelopes, separate Reception Card,RSVP card with envelope, and tissue paper. Tissue paper was originally used to protect the ink from the invitation from smearing. While more modern inks do not smear like older ones used to, many people still like to include the tissue paper as a nod to many of the traditional wedding invitations. This invitation could be printed with or without the cross at the top or another design element like a pineapple or monogram could be used in its place.
This invitation as shown features thermography for the black text and embossing for the crossing.
